Will a gluten-free diet improve your health? - CNN.com

Have you read this article from CNN.com yesterday? What are your thoughts? The comments at the end are a mixed bag as well.

Gluten is a protein found in wheat, barley, and rye (and countless food products like pasta that contain those grains).
